Domain of Portsmouth Rules of Elysium

At all times, where kindred are within an Elysium, the laws will be followed without exception or let.

Failure to observe the Lex Elysia will result in the harshest punishment. Both the Traditions and the Laws of Elysium are supervised by the Keeper of the Elysium. Failure to respect these laws will be dealt with by the Sheriff.

An Elysium is traditionally an area or a building. All within the building and within sight of it are traditionally bound by the laws of the Elysium.

All by-laws are subject to fiat of the Prince.

Violent or objectionable behaviour within an Elysium will result in punishment up to and including final death subject to the judgement of the Prince.
(Note: the Sheriff and designated security team are exempt from prosecution under these by-laws where protecting the sanctity of the Elysium)

Kindred are reminded of the fifth tradition, that of Hospitality:

Honour one anothers Domain. When thou comest to a foreign city, thou shalt present thyself to the one who ruleth there. Without the word of acceptance, thou art nothing.
